Renovation of the old Ridgeway Hotel into 32 elderly housing units.  The project consisted of 3 buildings, ranging from one to five stories with 40,300 SF.  Built in the 1930's the existing 5-story concrete frame building existing south wall had to be rebuilt, stairs reconstructed, and repairs made to the floors and columns where deterioration and water damage had occurred.  Also, a 2-story wood frame adjacent building was completely reconstructed while salvaging the multi-wythe brick walls constructed with lime based mortar and star bolt connectors.
