Discovery Office, Pilot Plant, and Kitchen Building
with an overall project cost of $90 million and
285,000 SF.

• Tyson Discovery Office
  Office Building/Research & Development facility – 4-story plus basement with a gross area of 167,116 SF.  This building was a structural steel frame building with composite floors.
   

• Tyson Kitchen Building
  Single story plus basement with a gross area of 74,228 SF.  This building featured 28 foot clear under structure with moment frames for lateral support.
   

• Tyson Pilot Plant
  Single story industrial research and development building with a gross area of 51,000 SF.  This project incorporated precast exterior walls and steel framing interior.  The design met USDA requirements and incorporated several blast freezers with under slab frost protection.

Data Center with adjacent detached two story office building

The adjacent office building was a two story, 160,000 SF facility designed to accept an additional story expansion in the future.  The office building was a steel framed structure utilizing braced frames and composite floor.

A new 4-story medical and professional office building with 69,000 SF. 

Simmons Branch Bank
Rogers, Arkansas

A new 18,000 SF 2-story branch bank. 

Mercedes Benz Dealership
Little Rock, Arkansas

2-story 35,000 SF dealership facility.

Fountain Park Plaza

Bentonville, Arkansas

Included 3 office buildings with 28,000 SF, 19,000 SF and 14,000 SF.

Suri Dental Office Building

Little Rock, Arkansas

Currently under construction, 2-story office building with 11,250 SF.

Shogun Restaurant
Fayetteville, Arkansas

A new 11,000 SF  restaurant that includes a sushi bar, a large indoor/outdoor bar, and a second floor Skybar.

Bordinos Restaurant
Fayetteville, Arkansas

A new 2-story 13,000 SF restaurant.   This was a infill project.  The lower level is a 6,500 SF restaurant and bar.  The upper level has 6,000 SF with private dining/conference area, suites, and office space with covered balconies.  The basement has 890 SF for storage space.

• North Star Office Building
  Fayetteville, Arkansas - A new 3-story office building with 19,000 SF.

• Premier Dermatology
  Fayetteville, Arkansas - 20,390 SF building used for offices.
