Project included an expansion to the High School with a 2-story addition for Classrooms and a 2-story Safe Room designed to meet FEMA 361 guidelines.  The High School also received a   2-story Science & Technology building, a 2-story Music room, a 5,000 SF Shop building, a Cafeteria expansion/renovation, and a Library renovation.  Junior High School additions included a new Band room.  Middle School additions included four new Classrooms.  The four elementary schools each received a new Multi-Purpose building.

Campus improvements included 7 building additions with 5 Multi-Purpose Tornado Safe Rooms meeting FEMA 361 guidelines designed to protect 3,992 students, faculty, and staff:  High School additions were a single story, 20,373 SF building to be used for Science Classrooms, and a 7,303 SF Safe Room/Cafeteria building.  Middle School additions were a 11,657 SF single story building for Classrooms and a 8,536 SF Safe Room/Gym building.  Primary School additions included a 16,530 SF building for Classrooms and a 1,958 SF Safe Room building. Primary/Intermediate School addition was a 8,108 SF building for a Safe Room/Gym, and the Junior High addition was a 1,382 SF building for a Safe Room/Classroom.

Lincoln, Arkansas

New additions of a 13,000 SF gym, 3,400 SF elementary school classroom , and 9,000 SF classroom.

Dollarway Intermediate School
Pine Bluff, Arkansas

New 1-story 56,000 SF new middle school.  The new structure is a independent stand-alone building with conventional steel post and beam framing.

Pinecrest School
Bentonville, Arkansas

New private school for childcare, preschool & kindergarten readiness.

OTHER PROJECTS:

• Fountain Lake School District - Safe Rooms
  Hot Springs, Arkansas – Addition of 2 Safe Rooms meeting FEMA 361 guidelines: 6,500 SF Safe Room with 1,100 person capacity, and 2,000 SF Safe Room with 400 person capacity.

• Jessieville School District - Safe Room
  Jessieville, Arkansas – Campus improvements with the additions of a Safe Room, Performing Arts Center building, and a renovation to the Locker room.

• Kingsland Elementary School - Safe Room
  Kingsland, Arkansas – Addition of 1,764 SF Safe Room.

• Lakewood Middle School
  North Little Rock, Arkansas - 12,000 new addition.

• Benton High School Athletic Complex
  Benton, Arkansas - New Athletic Complex with Field House and Bleachers currently in construction.  The field house is a metal building, 225 feet by 315 feet, with high bays and spans.
