University of Central Arkansas
College of Business

Conway, Arkansas

New state-of-the-art College of Business building with 3-stories and 80,000 SF. Highlights of the building include a 160 seat auditorium, 8 tiered lecture halls that accommodate over 200 students each, classrooms, computer labs, faculty offices. Also features numerous conference rooms and a Graduate Lounge.  Estimated project cost is $18.5 million.

 

Eastern Arkansas Community College
Fine Arts Center
Forrest City, Arkansas

A new 34,000 SF Fine Arts Center, designated as a ‘Class A’ performance hall features an 1,100 seat Auditorium, a 2,900 SF state-of-the-art Stage, a large Banquet Hall, a Black Box Theater, and an Art Gallery.

 

University of Arkansas
Jean Tyson Child Development Study Center
Fayetteville, Arkansas

22,800 SF facility currently under construction.  It will provide care for over 140 children, plus be a learning laboratory for college students.  Center includes classrooms, indoor & outdoor play areas, and an observation room.

 

Champion Baptist College Dormitory
Hot Springs, Arkansas

A new 25,000 SF 3-story dormitory with masonry wall construction and pre-cast floor planks.

 

Southeast Arkansas College
Pine Bluff, Arkansas

A new 11,000 SF 1-story library and distance learning center.

 

University of Monticello - Athletic Facility
Monticello, Arkansas

34,000 SF, $2.9 million athletic indoor practice facility.  Includes 40 yard indoor football field, offices, workrooms, lockers, meeting rooms, and classrooms.

 

University of Arkansas Pine Bluff
Hathaway Howard Fine Arts Center
Pine Bluff, Arkansas

6,000 SF building addition for new practice rooms, teaching studios, and storage locker rooms.

 

Pittsburgh State University
Carnie Smith Stadium
Pittsburgh, Kansas

A $2.5 million project, included the addition of sixteen luxury skyboxes to the East side of the stadium.  New restroom, concession stand and ticket booth facilities were created, an elevator, handicap accessibility and other ADA improvements were made.

 

Pulaski Technical College
Little Rock, Arkansas

Renovation of Little Rock Expo Center.  Includes 159,000 SF with a library, bookstore, cafe, computer labs, and student services.
