Fayetteville, Arkansas

Renovation of a 3-story wood framed structure constructed in the 1930’s.   Work included adding elevators, skylights, new stairs rehabilitation and strengthening of existing floors and roof, and existing multi-wythe brick walls constructed with lime based mortar.  In addition, extensive renovation of basement area included removal of concrete shear walls, dewatering and water proofing.
